1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Returned within 15 days of delivery

  • Accompanied by original packaging and proof of purchase
    Note: Custom or engraved pieces are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Return Process

  • We will provide return authorization and instructions

  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable and insured method

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.
